The CTSART® Service Mark
Connecticut Veterinary Medical Foundation owns the service mark CTSART. This is a very valuable
mark and symbolizes the goodwill associated with the animal emergency services offered by the
Connecticut Veterinary Medical Foundation. The CTSART mark should only be used by
authorized licensees. Unauthorized use leads to public confusion and constitutes trademark
infringement under both state and federal trademark laws.
